Denstone Annual Meeting Draft Minutes

Monday 8th April 2024 at 7.00pm

 

  1. Attendees: Cllr Turner (Chair), Cllr E Edmonds, Cllr M Flower, Cllr K Stratton, Cllr M Shermer, Borough Councillor Steve Sankey and J Sadler (Clerk)

Apologies Cllr Naylor, Cllr Ratcliffe, Cllr Mountney and Cllr Wright

  1. Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 10th May 2023 were signed by Cllr Turner as a true record and agreed by all.
  2. Chairman’s Report. Cllr Turner read out her report. A copy will be attached to these minutes. Cllr Shermer thanked Cllr Turner for all her hard work and Commitment over the year.
  3. Any Other Matters – A member of the village present at the meeting thanked the Parish Council for all the work they do for the village. There were no other matters raised.
